Bidrage med feedbackI went to Wendy's for breakfast and found it to be pretty good. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to ask for everything at the window, such as napkins and silverware. I understand that costs add up, but I had a similar experience at Cracker Barrel during the pandemic and decided to try Wendy's again. Unfortunately, they didn't provide syrup for my pancakes and claimed I didn't ask for it. This experience has turned me away from Wendy's for the past 4 months. If I go somewhere and don't receive basic necessities like napkins or utensils, I will choose to go elsewhere, like Arby's.
The restaurant was very clean and my food was fresh. The bathroom was also clean. I decided to dine in because the drive-thru was packed. This was my first time visiting this restaurant.
Wendy's pretty good. Breakfast was safe. You start doing what McDonald's did and you have to ask for everything in the window. Are there napkins? Okay, I want napkins. Is there a fork? Okay, I need a fork... I get that a few cents each customer adds up, but let me tell you when Corona Virus in March I started getting breakfast from cracker barrels. I'm back to my office and they didn't give me a syrup for my pancakes, called and they said I didn't ask for syrup. So I haven't been back for 4 months and I used to be with ALOT! Just to say, Wendys, the first time I'm where I go, and I don't have napkins or a fork, or spit sauce or something, and you go on time, I go somewhere else that gives me napkins. Like Arbys.
Clean and uncluttered. Food was fresh tasting and good.
The people that work there are extremely nice and helpful, not to mention their food taste fresh.
