Awful service, we placed an online order and they gave us the completely wrong sandwich. Since we were on break we called since we didn't have enough time to go back and asked if we could get a refund or a free sub tomorrow and they said they had a line and hung up on us when we asked for a different person or a Manger or anybody who could help. Wasted $15 on something that we couldn't even eat!
Went there for meatball subs and he said they have been out of meatballs all day. Only one employee working on a Sunday evening.
Men's room was not very clean, towel dispenser broken, soap dispenser as you can see, toilet not connected to the floor, and sink pulling away from the wall.
You won't find a better Subway. I love this Subway because no matter how hard a customer can be, the staff work hard to accommodate the their customers. I have seen people down right abuse the staff, and the staff nervously working furiously to make a rude customer happy even when harmed physically.These kids have heart and drive.The manager Tony is the nicest guy you could ever meet but won't let people abuse his staff. A real hero my in book.You're always greeted with a smile and treated like a friend.The food is fresh and preped hourly, cleaned hourly, and well stocked.There maybe some wait time when things are busy. Just be patient it's worth it.I know for a fact they clean their ice machine. That's a huge bonus in food prep!Give these guys a medal and some respect. If you're looking to just be rude stay home and yell at your oven!
