Firehouse Subs Strongsville - Feedback

Tried to go order lunch was standing in line for 10 minutes and not an employee insight, ended up just walking out.

This is the second time I ordered the turkey and provolone sub. Again they forgot the cheese and my side pickle. I'm not coming back, my order is never correct.

Never went to Firehouse Subs until this afternoon for the first time. Staff was wonderful. They were helpful, considerate and nice. Sub was good...fresh tasting...

Steak sub was just okay however I have had the meatball sub in the past that was excellent.

Got two subs and asked ahead of time if they could put all the sides (lettuce and such) on the side to take home and they said yes..wheb I got home no sides at...

Unfortunately this place not honor Firehouse Subs promotions or coupons

Super fresh subs! Bread, meats and fixings always fresh and made correct the 1st time. Staff at this location always pleasant-never had any issues with attitude...
