Yum Yum Asian Cuisine - Strip District

I have no idea how this place isn't packed every night with a waiting list. This is by far some of the best Thai food I've had in a long time. The food was fantastic and the service was superb. Inside you will find a cozy and delightful dining space which was impeccably clean. There are a few lovely tables outside to enjoy dining as well. This is a family owned and run restaurant that obviously takes a lot of pride in the quality of the food they serve. All of the sauces are made in house and were delicious. Each dish we tried was equally as tasty as the one before. My two favorites were the Singapore noodles and the sticky rice with mango. This place is a must try. I can assure you that we will be back!

This place is an absolute standout compared to all the other restaurants I have dined at and reviewed.First let's start with the location, it's in a nice neighborhood surrounded by single family homes that is well lit at night. When you enter the first thing you will notice is just how clean the place is and how tidy it is. Even the bathrooms were the cleanest I have seen at a restaurant. They also offer both indoor seating and outdoor seating.Now let's talk about the food, it's fantastic, I personally got the green curry and it was spot on. They use the more expensive bamboo shoots that are soft instead that woody ones you find at a lot of other places. It was a nice blend of flavor and heat and very enjoyable.My family also very much enjoyed the meals they got and were left very satisfied. The portion sizes are also perfect, I finished my entire meal and was tapped out capacity wise so the perfect amount.I also ordered a hot tea as did my wife and each was served in a cute pot with a small cup which added to the experience.The level of service provided here was also outstanding. Vee was extremely friendly, attentive and a joy to have a conversation with.If your in the area you won't go wrong paying this place a visit.

Our family loves YumYum. My picky children love the chicken nuggets and spring rolls. Pad Thai, Yum Yum Dr. Fu, and Tom Kha are all delicious. We always get pickup orders. We love picking up here because the orders are always correct, ready, and hot when we arrive. The smiley faces on the to-go boxes make me smile. Plus, the store is cute and the lady working the desk is sweet. Thumbs up for Yum Yum!

My wife chose Yum Yum for her birthday, and we ordered it as takeout. This was our first time ordering there, but we are very familiar with Thai cuisine. I ordered the red curry with pork, my wife got the pad se ew. This was definitely the best red curry I've be server in PGH and we loved everything we ordered.
