Kelsey's Original Roadhouse - Stratford

I have had two disappointing meals at this restaurant. After my first experience, I decided to give it another try. I really enjoyed Kelsey's.

Restaurant has gone from bad to worse. The service is awful, the food is mediocre at best, and the overall atmosphere is just not worth the visit. Stay far away from this place!

The waitresses are great, but the food does not live up to the service. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our order.

Traveling through Ontario between Michigan and NY, stopped here for lunch.We both had salads which were very good, out of the ordinary. It was mid afternoon, so not many people in the restaurant but it worked out well, quick service and good food in a nice place.

Our experience was similar to other reviews of this restaurant. it was a thursday and not busy at all. we waited an exceptionally long time just for someone to take our drink order. then when the drinks came she said she would be right back and we waited again for her to return. in the meantime another waiter was delivering a meal to the table beside us and proceeded to drop it all over the gentlemen. we then gave our order, both basic meals, burger and fries and quesadilla's and then more exceptionally long waiting. when the food finally arrived my hamburger had no bun?? when i asked about that she said yes i wondered about that myself and then asked me what type of bun i wanted??? i had ordered one of their signature burgers and nowhere was the bun optional
