The staff at the Stoughton location are all amazing. They always have a smile on their faces and are so friendly. They can really make someone’s day just bc of how kind everyone is. My drinks are always made correctly and the food is always good too. Never have had bad service there. even on days they are short staffed they are still smiling.

Ordered online as a walk-in… Went in and didn’t see anything on the counter like no big deal. I’ll wait. Stood there for 10 minutes. I Finally went up to the person said hey did the order come through for my name low and behold it was for the drive, they put it for the drive-through and just let me stand there for 10 minutes. Not asking if they could help me or nothing….

Worst experience.Trying to order: Waited about 5 minutes at the register and they were not busy. I was told they don't have salted Carmel iced coffee only cold brew. They put my blueberry coffee in as vanilla. I handed the cashier a coupon, she scanned it and handed it back to me. Smh. I left it by the register.Getting my order: Employee gave me a small instead of my large. I ordered 4 drinks, she gave me 3. No blueberry was added to my coffee. I was not offered a carrying tray, so i had to grab it myself.Manager was helpful. He corrected my blueberry coffee. So i ended up with an extra small coffee. He made the missing drink.After leaving: 3 out of the 4 drinks didn't taste right. One person ended up sick off theirs. The end result. Ordered 4 drinks,got 5 drinks and all 5 were dumped out. 0 stars.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese wrap, another sausage egg and cheese croissant, neither had egg on it and the wrap was burnt to a crisp. And I ordered one donut and got it completely wrong. Besides all that they took about 15 minutes to get the WRONG food out to me.Food: 1/5
