Saltgrass Steak House

My wife went there today and didn 't like the steak but she kept it anyways and brought it home to me for dinner. WOW... the worst steak I 've ever had. No flavor and really really tough considering it was cooked medium rare. For a $48 Bone-in Ribeye plate, it 's UNBELIEVABLE for it to be this bad. Did I mention absolutely NO FLAVOR? I put spices on it to make it edible, spit out some that was too tough, ate some of it, and threw the rest away. This rant is mainly for informational purposes for management. If they THINK they 're doing a good job, they change nothing. You 're not doing well in the food quality dept. Please don 't ask me to email you to discuss this further , I covered everything already and we won 't be returning. It 's a slap in the face paying good money for bad food.

Service was very inconsistant. Meal was ok but the mushrooms and onions werent great. Steak was alright, but nothing phenomenal. It's a typical chain steakhouse, but with bad service.

Went to this location on Monday, July 29th with another couple. It would have been easier to be told what steaks the steak house had available. After having to change the order 4 times (3 steak selections and 1 shrimp section) we were told they would comp dessert. One dessert only for 4 people. Unbelievable and to think I recommend this place to out of town visitors. Disappointing.

Great place for steaks! Still one of the best places for delicious steaks! On this visit, I got the wagon boss top sirloin, with baked potato. They always get my steak done just how I like it, and never have to return it to re-do it. Also got the Caesar salad, which was delicious. Their Pat's Ribeye is really good to
