Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Walked in and waited for about 4 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. They just turned to put items away. After giving my order for a single side item she walked off and didn't come back. I left. Where is there a Popeyes that has good food?

Good good chicken on Tuesday that is. Special two pieces and turn it into a meal for under 7 dollars .

They don't know their butts from a hole in the ground at this location either. Even when the directions are written on the BAG of what the contents inside are supposed to be, they still get the order wrong. Unbelievable.

My visit to Popeyes left much to be desired. The customer service at this location is disgusting, with overweight and hideous staff members exhibiting unfriendly and unprofessional behavior. From the moment I walked in, there was a extreme noticeable lack of courtesy. The employees seemed disinterested and made me feel unwelcome. It's disheartening to have an experience like this, and I hope the management addresses these issues by getting rid of these creatures to create a more positive environment for customers. Additionally, I received the wrong order. I called the restaurant to address the mistake. One of the overweight employees answered the phone immediately as I started to speak I was rudely interrupted placed on hold. No one ever returned to the phone to speak with me after being on hold for 15 minutes. The failure to rectify their mistake the lack of respect just adds onto this overall negative experience.
