Great place!! Goto in the neighbourhood for some amazing ice-creams!! Recently had a great experience with the polite, helpful and very efficient Nolan who really helped me getting multiple gift cards and ice creams ready in a jiffy!! Great to see young folks working hard and so focussed on their tasks!! Keep up the great work!!

My fiance and I had some time to spare, and she was hungry, so we stopped here.I did not have any issues finding parking nearby.There was only two people in line before us, and they seemed to be taken care of quickly.My fiance ordered a cone. I ordered two scoop sundae that included a scoop cherries jubilee and a scoop of peanut butter cup. Both of our orders were delicious, but I couldn't think of a time when I had bad ice cream.The staff was very nice.They have a couple of tables outside, which might have been nice if it didn't feel like the Chronicles of Riddick scene where they were trying to outrun the sunThe toilet in the Women's Restoom was not flushing when we went. My fiance did tell a worker, and it looked like they were heading check on the issue when we were leaving. A toilet is not flushing is not great, but them responding right away is appreciated.

I appears I'm not the only person totally flabbergasted that this BR doesn't abode by their posted business hours. We went 10 minutes before closing on a Friday; there were three people just standing by the register. When we pulled up one employee rolled his eyes so far into his head he probably has useful visual data for brain researchers. I tried to open the door, pretty much expecting to be let down and yup, it was locked. My and my kids turned for the car, one of the employees opened the door and asked if I was paying with cash. Tell me you're closed, apologize for the inconvenience, tell me your system's down, anything remotely courteous and I'll understand. But he didn't do anything to overcome that epic eye roll, so we bounced. If expecting to be greeted politely makes me a Karen, so be it.

Great location and I love the flavors available. Friendly staff and I love the cake variety. Loved the dipped cones and baseball nut with cherries jubilee on a hot summer day is perfect!
