Wendy's - Stone Ridge

These people lick your food! I went into this location late at night. I overheard the employees talking that they're going to lick some guys burger before giving it to him. They were all cracking jokes and then they froze when they saw me at the register. I left. They got caught. This is how they act. Freaken disgusting.

This location has a 90 seconds rule to order at their drive through. Even when there are no other cars behind you. If you are someone who takes more than 90 seconds to order, you may want to avoid this Wendy’s altogether.

The person who takes the orders has no idea how customer service is done. I am going to buy with my money and not have them give me food. At least I deserve to be served with a good attitude.

This location went down hill in recent months. Fries are always bitter from old filthy fryer oil, sandwiches are smashed with mayo all over the outside of the buns from someones sloppy mayo fingers, and the inside is a sloppy mayo mess. It’s absolutely disgusting. With the ridiculous prices they charge now cuz of their greed you’d think they’d at least make a decent sandwich or have some level of hygiene standards. I’ll make my chicken and burgers myself at home from now on.

I was charged 13.75 for a plain single burger, medium fries and a small Pepsi. The food was really delicious, but I was way overcharged for what I got. When I asked the young man at the window if my meal would have been less expensive had I ordered the combo meal-he said “I don’t know”-Had I actually gotten the combo meal with 3 extra oz of soda, my meal would have been less expensive. Therefore, at Wendy’s, you get charged MORE FOR LESS. Outrageous!
