Red Knight Pub - Stockton

The inside is beautiful! It was quiet early on a Saturday. Hubs enjoyed a few beers we tried the machines and were glad we could stop by.

We stopped at the Red Knight in Stockton Il. by chance on the way to Rockford. It was so reasonable and good that we stopped on the way back home to Iowa. The menu is extensive and the price is very reasonable. We didn't try the Italian Beef but it looked fantastic as well. The place was very clean and the daytime staff was very friendly. So much so that we will stop every time we are near. Mike and Cheryl Meyer

Stay away! The locals do not like out of towners who may be in town to visit Apple Canyon Lake. There were seven of us who popped in. We all played slots, one local came in five minutes later...He starts screaming that was my machine, I had $20 in there, yelling continuously about it. He was posturing and talking smack. Eventually one of us gave him $20, he still kept running his mouth. We finished our drinks and left before a bar fight could ensue. Not worth it! We will never go back.

Have always loved the sandwiches and cocktails. Highly recommend.
