Chick-fil-a - Stillwater

The spicy fried chicken salad was SO HOT I couldn't make myself eat it. And accessing the parking lot was a disaster as well as the confusion at the drive thru

I spend an ungodly amount of money here. It's mostly salads which they always mess up.salads are usually missing items. Last night I was missing blueberries. Another time the little toppings packages. Or dressing. I called corporate and they sent me coupons. But the issue still persists. These salads are way to expensive to be shorting items. And the amount of packaging and waste is astronomical.

My goodness. Dry dry dry chicken and most notable, the nuggets were so few. Some were decent sized while most were no bigger than a thimble. I’ve been eating at chick fil a over 30+ years, portions used to be adequate, got what you paid for. Here we are in 2024, chick fil a is waaaaaay overpriced compared to the lacking of their food and the portion sizes. I get it, fresh chicken, cut by hand are never perfect, but even though I give credit to such “ imperfections “, surely consistency should be the focus. On the other hand, I’m grateful Raising Cains is just next door. ??

Love the service. Other businesses should learn how to hire people like Chick-fil-A does. Great food at very good speed.

First time at this location and not going here again. Everything was cold when I picked up the order literally 5 minutes after I placed it. Doesn't taste anything like Chick-fil-A. Such a rip-off!
