Bidrage med feedbackAwful.... Asked for subway vinaigrette on my salad and didn't pay attention to what she put on it. Turns out it's just straight up vinegar. I know because I order this salad from different locations every time and this tastes gross. I wanted a cup for ice water to go and she refused me. Hire people that speak English please.
I live in walking distance from this subway so I go every once in a while. Never had a bad experience. Service is usually just as quick as any other subway and most of the employees are nice...with a few exceptions.
I live close to this location so I have been several times. The food is on par with most of the restaurants, although veggies often look wilted/old. My issue is more with the slow and rude customer service. I have come in and waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist me while employees laugh and joke around in the back. The service is always very slow, even with only 1-2 customers in the store. Today, I ordered online to save time. I forgot to request the bread be toasted, so I tried to call in to fix it. I called about 15 times before someone picked up. Once they answered, I explained my request, and they told me to call back later because they were too busy right now. I told them that was unacceptable customer service and that I would hold until they were free because it took so long for anyone to even answer the phone (this is at 10:45 am, not lunch rush either). After holding for 12 minutes, someone comes on and I explain my request to please have the bread toasted on my online order. I had to explain it 4 times before she finally said okay we will do that. She was about to hang up and I said, do you need to know my order number or name so you know which order to fix? She says oh, ummm. Well we didn 't get any online orders. I told her I was already charged for it and have an order number. I gave her the confirmation number and confirmed the store number and address. She said it didn 't matter because they didn 't get it so just order over the phone with, which I did. About 5 minutes after hanging up, I got a call back saying that they couldn 't make the sub because they didn 't get an order and can 't prove that I paid for it and I would have to come in with a printed receipt to show I paid and it was their store and then they would make the sub for me. I couldn 't even cancel the order and be done with it because they can 't find it. I just feel like it is always something with this store. Hope they are able to address their poor operations/customer servic
The presentation of food was excellant, best ive seen from any subway. The attendant was great, had to have her call her boss to praise her work. Sub was great. Pictures attached
Food prep area was wet and full of leftover food from other orders. Cut my sub with a dirty knife. Poor sanitation practices. Paid left put the sandwich in the trash. Worst subway I have ever been in.
