Ihop - Sterling

I visited the IHOP in Virginia area, and it was a beautiful experience. At first we've been there 9:00, and to my surprise it was filled with so many people. We had to make our reservation and were asked to wait for about 15min before a table will be ready for us. But I noticed that the right side of the restaurant was not in use, you don't know if it was because of Kovid. And in about 15 minutes our table was ready, a lasy came out and didn't like the pastimes of Peowaiting to get tables and she ensured that many tables ready and fixed people in them. We ordered for coffee and hot chocolate, pancakes with sausage, the spicy poblano omelette (even if they are not as sharp as we wanted). The server was really nice and careful, we enjoyed the meal so much. I would definitely visit again. Thank you IHOP for Alway delivery good meals every time.

I love this Ihop. It is very clean and they work hard to make you happy. I liked everything the Crepes has ordered thin pancakes) they are incredible here. I like the waffles with butter and syrup. No, it's not like that. I just like thin pancakes. Salads and meals are also good.

Me and my son had a great Brunch for his birthday. Our server hooked us up nice and our food was delicious. You would've thought we had the munchies as much as we had on our table between the two of us.

Food was good and service was friendly. The only I had issue was that there were advertisements for the ihop app at every table that said you could earn rewards with every purchase if you download the app, and I took the time to download it and create an account but when I asked about it while paying they told me they weren't sure how it worked and they'd need to ask. After talking with a supervisor they told me the app isn't working right now, which is strange since it seemed to be working fine on my phone and I saw tons of advertisements for it and the store but no mention that it was currently not working. I was supposed to get 5 free pancakes but didn't

This is a great restaurant. The food was served quickly and hot. The side salad was average. I had to request a refill on my water, as this seems to be a common occurrence at other restaurants as well. The bathrooms were clean, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other similar establishments. The customer service was excellent, with quick seating and efficient ordering. I would definitely return to this restaurant if I am in the area again.
