C&m Pizza - Sterling

We were in town doing a job. Not many options in town so figured we would give it a try. Food was terrible and expensive. Got a Tuna sub and a cheeseburger sub it was $30. Tuna was old and hard and she got the order wrong. The Cheeseburger sub was absolutely disgusting. Will never go back again. The staff was rude and the place is a dump.

This used to be my favorite place to get pizza but the customer service is miserable! Having someone answer the phone to say an hour before they close that they are already closed and then being hung up on is a quick way to lose business, especially when there is health concern about an order that was made incorrectly that could have toxic ramifications to a toddler is unacceptable. Go somewhere else unless you're really desperate.

A few friends and i stopped in for a late lunch and one of the staff members was quite rude. when we asked to pull a chair over she snapped at us and told us no because she was decorating for christmas and no one was allowed to eat inside, which she easily could've done after hours so no customers we're disturbed and people could actually eat in the restaurant. She also told me they weren't selling salads when I saw at least three already prepared salads in the fridge behind her. The cherry on top was her vaping.

Ordered a plain steak and cheese and an order of mozz sticks. The sub was great for what I asked for. If I got extra cheese and veggies(again, I didn't order them so it's not their fault) my sandwich prob would have been amazing as long as the veggies were cooked soft.Mozz sticks were great. Didn't taste like they came out of old fry oil and were still crispy in the container.The gentleman at the counter was friendly and I will update the review when I try their pizza.

I'm all about supporting local business. While their pizza isn't the best in the world it's close to us. Today stopped in to place an order and literally was treated like a homeless person by the girl with purple hair. Too busy looking at her phone to even bother helping a customer. Last time I ever try C&M pizza fix the customer service. Nobody has the energy for acerbic cashiers. There are too many other places I can spend my money.
