Arby's - Sterling

Usually nice staff, I'll stop by on the way home from work 1 or 2 times a month but recently they all start yelling at each other in a different language when I get to the window and they hand me the food very abruptly. It's not the most inviting scenario. I don't have to say much, just look at the photo of the Cheesesteak I got tonight after a couple of bites with this thing completely dripping everywhere on me (bread was soaking wet) I opened it up and saw I was eating little cut outs of meat. Ridiculous. For $13 let's do better and stop hollering it's scary.
