Stop for lunch and then went back to lunch. As the only mountain restaurant on the side of the Zurs it was not surprising in the lunchtime on the terrace (sunny day) but the service was fast and efficient. We had the Tyrolean Grostl who was good.

The restaurant is friendly, but note the outdoor bar, run separately to the main restaurant. Conversely from an evil, rude and unpleasant man and his shameful and intimidating Henchman. They were pleased to humiliate our little party of women and men by reserved us all empty bar tables so that the temerity wants to take our coffee outside. Don't even move, but twice, not polite, but with jabbing and shift. More 1930s than 2019. Very ugly and disturbing

We were there today, wanted to eat lunch. The staff was extremely rude, especially lady with dark long hair. Whole room of people waited very long for order dishes and then to get the food and then pay. You only have to pay a machine with credit card. Tea was without lemon, although we asked twice. Prices extremely high. Groesti extremely small part. The toilets were very dirty, the key to a toilet was broken, so a lady locked up.... On such a beautiful holiday with so satisfying weather and skiing experience, they ruin the day with so terrible experience, for a lot of money, of course. Please go somewhere else.

Actually deserves 0 stars. Went there around 14:00. Busy but not crowded, we still found a table easily. Left after 20 mins unserved. On the tables around us slowly something like a riot was brewing up. People waiting over one hour for food or waiting forever to pay >30mins!!! . No apologies or explanation. People were just ignored. Let's hope they just had a bad day or some unexpected event. I hope this is not the normal way they operate. Maybe a good management response here can mitigate the damage done.

Auf allen ebenen die schlechteste hütte im großraum lech/zürs.ich muss noch 62 zeichen tippen um das zu untermauern. wc grindig, mitarbeiter gestresst, essen unterdurchschnittlich, kaffee unter jeder kritik, chef narzistisch. also echt meiden. schwierig aufgrund der monopolstellung. zürs hüttentechnisch ingesamt schwach!
