Bidrage med feedbackSo I went to Ruby Tuesdays in Statesboro, GA last night and we were told there would be a 10 minute wait. We said no problem. About 1 minute later someone came by and asked if we were being helped. We said we were jus told there would be a 10 minute wait. Then she took us to a table. So many empty tables in this place why were we told there would be a wait list??? When we were seated the waitress came by to take our drink order. I said I would like a glass of wine and she immediately asked to see my ID. I thought she was kidding because I am 72 years old. No she wasn't kidding! I said why do you need to see my ID for a glass of wine. She said that is our policy. I told here we were just in there las week and no one asked to see our ID. She said that is their policy sorry. So I got up and left this place and went to Olive Garden where I was not asked for my ID for ordering a glass of wine.
There was a huge wait. We were told 20 minutes but it was more like 1 hour and 20 minutes. When we asked the hostess about it. She was rude and said that 20 minutes was just an estimate....hmmmm.Once we sat down, Hannah was great. She was so busy but made sure we were taken care of. The food was good.

Been here in Statesboro for quite some time and I always tend to forget that we even have a Ruby Tuesday because A. There is plenty of BETTER options around town and B. The service ALWAYS sucks!!! Tonight while I was at work I was hungry and decided to doordash. I was well aware I was ordering from a ghost kitchen, but I wish I would have known while ordering on the app that it was coming from here or I would 've cancelled the order. Then on the app my FIRST dasher was waiting for my order for so long that she ended up giving up on my delivery and passed it to another dahser (NOT HER FAULT DEFINETLY RUBY TUESDAY TAKING FOREVER . Then when my 2nd dasher came to pick up my order from here he also had to wait (not as long thankfully . By the time I received my order, my medium rare burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and the only redeemable item that I enjoyed was the coke zero that is provided BY A FOUNTAIN MACHINE. All in all, this place is like actual garbage and I just don 't see myself ever stepping foot into this establishment, there is just so much more BETTER options out here than here. So to people who are also ordering from ghost kitchens on doordash be weary of Ridiculous Burgers as they come from this poor establishment.
Great service, great welcome great great/delicious food.The cashier was above and beyond great as for customer service, service, caring, friendly, sincere attentive.Way2go
