Qdoba Mexican Eats - Staten Island

Space is absolutely terrible. ordered by grubhub and my order was completely messed up. both commanded not to drill and there are more to drill than the extra meat I ordered for both. asked for nothing and got none. I asked for sauce and got nothing. I was wasted my money and I never commanded this qdoba again, let alone with the absolutely terrible service and small portions personally go.

This is a cool alternative to chipotle for those of them who visit staten island, or simply sit on the look for a spacious fast food restaurant and eat. I had 3 chicken tacos, a hot biscuits and brownie that were all delicious. great, attentive service. the one quibble I have is a few fails on the order and a soda machine that ran low, but otherwise a great experience in casual restaurants.

On Sunday, 11 sept., with my mother were here and had a great experience. Usually at such food places, the employees simply take their order and want them out. the workers who were at 3:00 a.m. were so amazing that I cannot say enough good things about them. it was a young and 2 girls. they were so sweet and took their time to explain my mother over the menu and even helped us bring our food on our table. If you read this, give them a fat increase!

I wish I could eat 0 stars for the cold that I got the whole girl said to me was what was still while they both laughed this is the worst of one over STATEN-Island I hope she reads these reviews sweeten her bad at her job

If your looking for a decent meal, something that isn't expensive, while also not being complete fast food, I'd recommend this place. The food is cooked in house and made in house apart from a few items. Pricy bottled drinks but the fountain is usually a good price considering you can just refill it. If you ever have any questions about the menu the staff will help you and even recommend things. I was surprised about the transparency and costumer service that I received, even getting a free small sample when it was my first time. This location also isn't busy, so you can count on fast service. I would go again, only issue is that the rewards app needs to be fixed, it has not worked in 2 months for me.
