My Thai Noodle - Stateline

My husband and I stumbled on this restaurant in May 2021 when we did a day trip up to South Lake. For us it was a hidden gem away from all the craziness and business of heavenly village. It was raining and cold that day so the warm food was exactly what we needed. The portion sizes were filling and the food was fresh. My husband got the crab fried rice and I got a green curry with tofu that came with rice. Although our May experience was great the reason it's getting a lower star rating is because of our most recent visit the week leading up to Christmas. We traveled back to south lake with my whole family (6 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby). We wanted to get away from the village to find a nice place to eat. I had told my family all about our Thai experience in May. Although I saw the location was marked temporarily closed on Yelp, because of the pandemic, I've been weary to trust anything that is not the actual restaurant's website. Nevertheless I ended up wasting an hour trying to get ahold of the restaurant since the website has yet to be updated to reflect the business is temporarily closed and you can keep calling the phone number and get no VM message or message sharing it's closed either... I even sent a message through the website and have yet to hear back. I really hope this place opens up again and better manages its website.

Our favorite takeout Thai spot in SLT! Great pad thai and fried rice, along with spring rolls and a good selection of curry.
