Bidrage med feedbackI had Gyro and it's done a little different than what I was use to, it was okay not bad just wasn't what I was looking for. I forgot to take a picture.
We used to love this place, but they recently changed the recipes! The kofta is different and so is the falafel. Most importantly, the white sauce is different (and not as good). Let us know when they change back to the original recipes
Been going here for years. The lamb over rice with both sauces is heaven. My friends swear by the chicken over rice. 10/10 would
Nothing tops walking down the street at 2 or 4 am coming home from a party and passing a halal cart. When i tell you, i absolutely devored lamb gyro and lamb on rice with both sauces multiple days of the week it is one of the few things i was proud of doing those nights. Sober me always woke up fed and with leftovers. It's definitely a must-have at Penn State. Especially if you're in the party scene. RIP dumpster fire and chumps. Hope the mural I did in chumps basement is still there. Probably not since he didn't get most of his security deposit back.Anyway, it's great if you're not inebriated too. Quick snack late at night or afternoon if they're open. They do have some inconsistent hours, could be open at 6 pm until 4 am, could open at 3 pm and close at 1 am. Good study food. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys foodDietary restrictions: Great Halal, no pork foods or contamination. Clean kitchen set up
The food is always great and at a reasonable price. The staff are sometimes a bit unfriendly, but other times are very friendly. The hours are a bit strange, but make sense for a college town. But this is definitely one of our go-to spots for a quick bite in State College. Just don't forget your included drink from the cooler before you go!Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat steep hill, but it's right on the sidewalk
