Bidrage med feedbackGreat fun with friends! Excellent apps and selection of whiskeys!
Nice spot to eat and chill. A decent enough atmosphere. Not too classy, but I'd give it a high casual mark. The food is good. Southern fair, a little Cajun to boot. I'm down with the BBQ okra apps. Shrimp and grits are delicious as. it's the usual entree I eat when I go. I have enjoyed the Delta Catfish. It's a treat as well.If you're in the area, it's worth a visit or two. You won't be disappointed.
Nice atmosphere. attentive staff. The food was subpar. I ordered the catch of the day pan meerrot red snapper with garlic roasted brussel sprouts. The fish was dry and overcooked and maybe 1/4 thick also to supplement the insult, it was overgrown for the ratio / thickness of the fish. Pan sautéed brussel sprouts were well seasoned, but practically raw and not pleasant. The choice for adding on the side was framed spinach and this lacked spices and I would hurry to guess the salt was completely missed. Other plates on the table contain Lamb Gnocci, which was too rich in taste and not very pleasant to eat. Steak ehhh, well cooked, nothing to blow off your socks (no sauce to accompany, and Steak sauce on request was not going). Should you plate steak sauce for a premium solo steak without sides?, no, so Entree was only sad, especially when paired with the addition on roasted mushrooms that were boiled in a wine, I have been too sweet as a companion for the weak steak. An old fashion, that was good. Beers on the table were cold and some good on design. We chose the restaurant Tyler because we were so impressed by the food standard in Bin612 and Restaurant Tyler part of the same local group. Would I come back to the Tyler restaurant? No, partly because I would not have expected for the price that the boss/kitchen staff allowed so many seasonal cooking errors that occurred. Instead of the first-class location and atmosphere, when the background was sad to a sensational family meal it was not. The server did not ask why so much food remained, which is probably used in reflection to see significant food on the plates. Tip to the cook: Find a cleaner, less pretentious menu, taste the food you season, watch also the mousses eat and note which percentage of dishes return to the kitchen. This location has the potential to be the best in the city, currently it is not.
The fried catfish was delicious! The service was excellent! The ambience was also good! The framed spinach was also good!
