Excellent park really enjoyed it, took our two huskies there as fancied a change from Alexander Park, will go back again, hadn't been there in over twenty years.
Duck pond play park, zip wire, gardens, flowers and vast play areas and paths the dingle is a great walk a well kept park, this park has a lot to offer for everyone ,there is parking on street all round the park and a pay for carpark near the boating lake .where you can hire pedalos. All round great park even in all weathers.
A beautiful park, ideal for hiking, walking, talking to the ducks and spotting the cannons and calibre round running. it is also a beautiful walk around the boat lake and the chads. a great day in summer with a picnic
My favorite local park is located just past Ashton-under-Lyne, heading towards Stalybridge. Managed by Tameside Council, it is well-maintained. The beautiful tulip display in late spring and early summer is a highlight. The park offers a variety of interesting and diverse attractions.
