Stafford Wings - Stafford County

They have good wings with so many different sauces to try and dry rubs as well. They have an outstanding salad . It was my first time going. I'll try it again.

So I’m going to start off with i am still going to go to Stafford wings. Yes i gave 5 stars but going to complain. Went with my family of 5 tonight. Walked in sat down within 1 minute the waitress came over to get our drinks and handed us menus. That was great. Placed our drink order. She then walked to two other tables who done had there orders placed walked around a little more then brought us our drinks no biggie mind you there was like 4 tables took at the moment. Also she brought our 5 and 3 year old their sodas in regular cups. No problem but did ask her to bring me to styrofoam cups those also took a few minutes to get. Once we got our food she set our food down on the table and literally did not check on us once until we were finished. It was about 20-25 minutes didn’t even attempt to look in our direction but made sure everyone else had what they needed. Once she did come back she asked if we needed anything i asked for a coke to go speedy Gonzalez must be her cousin because before i could think of anything else she was gone. Came back pretty quick. Then asked of we needed anything else. We asked for the receipt and a box. Brought that to us. Once we paid she was on us like white on rice set down a tray of food to collect the payment. Walked outside and my wife and i looked at each other and said she was pretty fast with that. I get it she was the only one working (seen this a lot only one server) but if you know stafford wing’s its pretty small in there. Not hard to check on a table from across the restaurant. Also couple weeks ago our a server took our order and the system messed up i guess and we waited like 45 minutes for our food she gave us our drinks for free. But thats neither here nor there. Food is great service definitely needs some ironing.

Whomever prepared my catfish today over did it on the Old Bay!! I could not even finish it because it was entirely too salty (if they would have used maybe 1/4tsp on each filet it would've been ok but they did not). I would recommend using the batter coating for the Cod that is on the menu but for the Catfish, use regular old cornmeal (no Old Bay) and if you want to get fancy use lemon pepper in your cornmeal. Just my recommendation...This review is just fish related.... The chicken at this restaurant is top notch.

The place doesn't look like much from the outside. Dark windows and the parking lot for the strip isn't attractive. But... inside is a nice standard bar looking area with plenty of seating. Servers come over quick. If you want wings, this is the place for em. They're big and taste fresh not those trash soggy cardboard wild wing types. Lots of sauces and rubs. Dry rubs mean you get a crispy wing, saucy wings usually have a good buttery undertone (maybe liquid butter and tabasco? It's the way I like em). Plenty of other options too. Loaded nachos are a steal for 10 bucks. Probably only thing I wouldn't do again is fried shrimp for my kid... at around 2 bucks a shrimp I figured they might be big guys, but nah, normal sized. Guess that's economy of scale for you. Anyway, great local place that definitely deserves all the praise it can get.

We have enjoyed Stafford wings. Today I ordered the Fiesta Quesadilla and it might be my fault, but I thought the sour cream would be on the side. It was not... It was put in the quesadilla and cooked. It pretty much became chunky. I didn't give less then 3 stars because there other food is pretty good. Just don't get the quesadillas.
