Starbucks - St. Louis

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. They closed 45 minutes early and could not make a Frappuccino, but did not provide any explanation for their actions.

Was standing off to the side of the line trying to read the menu when the only barista behind the counter shouted at me to get in line the correct way. There was only two other people in line and I wasn't in anybody's way.To whoever was working at 3:45pm at the Hampton Target location on January 9, 2023 shame on you! If you don’t like working customer service then do us all a favor and stop working with customers!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They consistently put coffee in my white hot chocolate, even when I specifically ask for no coffee. I have been trying to order white hot chocolate for days now, but they have been out of it. Their ordering system seems to be a mess, as out of four visits, I only received what I ordered once.

Me and my dog Shamara went to the Starbucks to get her a pup cup and a drink for me the first red flag was they didn’t know how to break up a 100 and the last and final red flag was once I couldn’t pay for my drink even though a pup cup is free emphasis on free they refused to give the pup cup to my pitbull German shepherd mix! would give zero stars if I could!

I rarely have a negative experience at Starbucks. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and my order was served quickly. I would definitely visit again.
