Sugar Beans Coffee House, Specialty Coffee And French Bakery

We went here regularly when we first moved to the opposite in 10/2020 and loved them. but then the female owner no longer remained there and the dinge went down. our coffee orders were consistently wrong and we did not get the right amount espresso. it took a while and tried again some months later to have only our order wrong again. still an attempt, today about 6 months after my last visit, and there were two younger people. No one greeted me and the only words they were speaking between the two: for here or to go (after I have said that it should go), hot or icey and her coffee is in the window. the only thing they said. my coffee should be a giant with an extra shot and it was so white that it looked like milk with a splash espresso. I tasted zero espresso/coffee. that will be our last attempt. I refused to bud them b/c of their fully vaccinated staff and their philosophy on and love products, but everything remains down here.

Not the biggest first impression. the personal seemed like they weren't excited to help me or have my business, and my latte was missing taste. I also wanted to order a sandwich, but obviously this was not available because the “person who does this is in a meeting”. I guess no one could make a sandwich?

Terrible. We walked in and they just stared at us like we interrupted their day (There was no one else in the there. Hair in my food, stale bread, and they served me a sandwich with no sauce. When I asked about the sauce they told me they were out AFTER They served me the sandwich. Thankfully they refunded us for the sandwich, but I’ll never go back.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! We come by on Saturday's after the gym. It's a great place to wind down before the start of a busy weekend

Sugar Beans coffee house deserves 5 stars hands down! They have a delicious assortment of pastries and savory items, have an updated menu, and have an amazing mission! The atmosphere is always friendly and relaxing and I always have a great experience.
