Mcdonald's - Springville

They never get my order right. I know it seems small, but the condiments are ALWAYS wrong. It seems like my requests (no ketchup, no pickles, etc) are always overlooked. It always takes forever, I’ve had to go in several times to get my mobile order because I was waiting over 15 minutesDietary restrictions: My requests are always overlooked. I ordered a happy meal using a code that made it free and they still charged me for it. On top of that I ordered five spicy chickens and they only gave me one. After they repeated the order back to me the way I said and they still got it wrong. I will never go back to this location ever again as they can’t get my simple order right.

The nuggets were not cooked though well, and the fries were so cold.
