Hallboy Barbeque - Springfield Twp

Food was good but the meats should have been much hotter. It was luke warm at best. I had the pulled chicken and the brisket.Coleslaw was ok (not sure if it was homemade or not) Mac n cheese was good also could have been hotter. They were at Holliday Park in Westland 5/3

Melt in your mouth, delicious!! Brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, cornbread, ..... my guests LOVED it!! ... and I got to enjoy my guests. We're regulars now ?

Really enjoyed our dinners from the food truck tonight! We all had something different and all great. I especially enjoyed the chicken and sides of corn bread and beans.

Bland and uninspired Brisket, little to no smoke ring. Mac and cheese should have been warmed up and mixed better. Chicken was dry. Pricey for the quality.

Great stuff!! I had these guys cater at my wedding and was not disappointed!
