Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Springdale

I recently tried their Island Green Smoothie and their Grilled Cheese, and they were absolutely delicious! I couldn't get enough of the smoothie and the food was amazing. I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude towards the manager, Gilbert, for his exceptional kindness and willingness to assist me in a situation that was unrelated to him or his staff. His above-and-beyond service, along with the polite demeanor of the entire team, is the main reason why I continue to frequent this particular restaurant location.

I am very pleased with the way they handled a problem. I placed an order but it was missing an item. Not only did they offer to give me the missing item for free on my next visit, but they also refunded my entire bill. I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. The delicious and healthy food is an added bonus.

Clean and friendly place to grab a smoothie or a quick bite! most of their smoothies were vegan and they had a package that could be made vegan easily (we did not order the package, but looked like it was enough for a light lunch).

The food was delicious, we ordered 2 flatbreads: a chicken pesto that is my favorite and favorite Chipotle Chicken Club of my husband. My daughter is a beach club salad. And finally the smoothies: Jetty Puch, Paradise Point and Bahama Mama, all were so good, but the Bahama Mama was the winner. The service was fast and bilingual.
