Very rude service! employees seem to hate their jobs. management seems to be under management.

I was there on my lunch break; 1:00 o'clock. it took 20 minutes to get my food and I had to go right away! I couldn't even eat, it was restless. all I had was a fry and sandwich

No friendly group in which we were. the tables were all dirty and if we don't say goodbye, thank you. or hello welcome. I was very surprised. As for soda, you were from most. I'm sorry it was better a long time ago, but not at night.

CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS!! I work close by and frequent this location. After feeling I was being over charged on a few visits I requested a receipt (having not been because trust Covid). After driving away I noticed that I was indeed being overcharged Random add on costs when asking for a sandwich plain or adding the drink separately (when ordered as a combo) raising the price. Past visit was it Ordered 3$ bacon chicken sandwich bundle only and my cost was $6.50! After getting a receipt I asked about the charges. Because there is apparently no Only Bacon button I was charged extra for getting it plain with bacon . I was told there was nothing that could be done to refund the overcharges...and to top it all off when I looked at my food, the sandwich had everything on it. I would have left a review via the BK experience survey website but this location does not provide you survey numbers to be able to do so. TL;DR Overcharges without care, Still doesn 't get order correct even when charging you to do so, doesn 't allow you to report these issues to corporate. So they get this instead I guess :shrugs:
