Love the sandwiches and so happy they provide an unwich.

The guy taking our order was so rude and just kept telling us how confused he was at what we wanted to do. It really isn’t that confusing to try to add salami to a turkey sandwich for my daughter. He had no patience and no accommodation skills. Fortunately the two people working behind him were friendly and helpful. Finally one guy stepped in and told him how to handle our “special order”. Very grateful for the people behind the scene. He should NOT be at front register. One of those people should be. I would put him in the very back. He thought he was oddly cool acted aloof. C’mon dude, you’re a cashier at Jimmy John’s. Give me a break!! Too many other better sandwich options.

I love Jimmy Johns, but on more than one occasion when I have preordered my sandwich for a specific time, they have been beyond late causing me to waste and miss my break in it’s entirety waiting for the delivery. I would understand if I ordered my sandwich right then and there, but at 9 I put in my order to be delivered at 12:00 and I did not receive it until 12:30.

Buttoned up tight an hour before their listed closing time. Guy behind the counter just rolled his eyes and pointed at his watch. Thanks.
