Domino's Pizza - Spokane

I've been ordering online carry-out here for years have had a good experience 98% of the time. They were friendly over the phone when I had a problem with an online order.

I ordered 5 two topping pizzas (6.99 deal) on staurday at 1:30pm for delivery. The estimated time was 25 to 30 minutes. At 2:05pm I called the store to make sure the driver has my number incase he can't find us (we were at the discovery play ground). They asked for name and address of delivery and put me on hold. Then they said the driver is 4 minutes away. At 2:15pm I called again. This ended up being a 20 minute conversation. Apparently my order was never put into the system (even though my card was charged) and the driver they previously contacted was for someone else. I had to reorder my pizza and recieved it an hour and 20 minutes after it should have arrived at the park. This was a terrible start to a birthday party, I will never order delivery again. Dominos has been my go to place but this was the worst experience I have ever had! They offered me 50% off my order but when they told me the total, it was 2 dollars cheaper than I paid. I pointed this out and they said we can only apply one coupon at a time and since I was getting the 6.99 deal the price essentially didn't change at all. Honestly, such a big screw up should be on the house completely. I ended up paying essentially the same price only getting my pizza an hour and 20 minutes later.

This Location consistently delivers quality food. Love their thin crust pizza. The new loaded tots are darn tasty too!
