Wasn't packed when I went and me and my daughter had so much fun. Food is good has a salad bar and pizza is always great, hot wings too. Only thing that sucks is they took away alot of games and no more tickets, tickets was always fun to stack up.

They are open everyone! They are completely digital now no tickets it is all on the card. We ate a personal pizza and four small drinks. With the food and 3, 1hr play cards cost $100. I even used a coupon from there website. The kids had fun, so not too bad. Way more expensive than it used to be.

From the moment we went, was a big break, it was little crowded, but they expect it to be a family fun spot. we were greeted by a nice tussi that had a wonderfully contagious disposition. she made sure that we knew what all about, help us with our chat and all with a smile that I liked especially, the compliment me right up thanked them his amazing what the people who work here and still smile they are chief. the games were all lighter and fun for quite all age groups we will definitely be back. Came here for my son's birthday!This chuck e cheese has gone way down hill since I was younger. The service is terrible and most of the games are out of service. They had no hand soap in the men's bathroom and the pizza we ordered with chicken had 5 small pieces on the whole pizza. Way over priced. I recommend going to triple play or somewhere completely different

My daughter celebrated her third birthday here, and we couldn't have been happier. The staff was fantastic, the games were entertaining, and the pizza was delicious. The party manager made sure everything was organized and stress-free for both the adults and the kids. We will definitely be returning!
