Home made gluten free cones. Good ice cream offer and nice service

We were able to order gluten free cones here and they had a good ice cream selection. Cones did not break easily and was a nice treat to be able to have ice cream on a cone.

The proprietor was very clear that it is not a gluten free shop and that there is a great likelihood of cross contamination mostly from the cones. Not advisable if they are busy. As we were there during a slow time, he was able to take the time to explain this all to me. He did suggest that he could clean the scoop and take some gelato from an untouched area, well away from where regular cones could have dropped crumbs. Not 100% Celiac safe, but worked ok for me. They have gf cones.

They have gluten-free cones and use tissues when touching each cone (also the normal ones). Icecream tasted great!!

Reading old reviews, I think this place has changed a lot. They had gluten free cones, stores in a sealed bag and only touched by the staff via a napkin. Alls flavors, apart from tiramisu, cookies, etc. could be chosen. Spoon was washed in between flavors.
