When we arrived in Spello we stopped at this place to have lunch, the cutter for 2 who recommended us the owners was rich in meats and cheeses of the place, in short a real delicacy. In the evening after having turned around the village we returned for dinner, where (Stefano) prepared fettuccine to the really good porcini mushrooms accompanied by mixed bruschettes and two wine glasses.
