Recharge - Sparks

Great place to share a drink with people working for me. Waitress was friendly drinks were strong, but well mixed. And they have billiard tables!

Food is acceptable. The service was not. We were there almost two hours for LUNCH and when my BLT arrived, it's got a piece of bacon on it. The kitchen staff obviously tried to make a statement. Our server was very nice and super apologetic, but man, if they can't work together as a team, it really affects the customer experience.

They opened up strong and I was regular, but the last few times I was here are they, 1. From food, or 2. To substaffed to you in a contemporary fashion. Quality is fast down last year. The beer is much too expensive and the kitchen is out of the food on Thursday afternoon. I don't think I'm back. The owners do not manage this place well.

The food here is very good... the fish and chips, some of the best. The Taco Pizza is brilliant!

This is what their kitchen looks like. I'm pretty sure The Health Inspector is going to shut this place down tomorrow. Not one person working in the kitchen has a Food Handlers Safety Certificate and nobody out front has an Alcohol Awareness Card.
