Red Planet Pizza - Southwark

I ordered a margarita and a vegetarian pizza with chicken wings. An hour and 20 minutes later, the delivery arrived without the margarita. I called to inform them, and they apologized and said they would send it out. An hour and a half later, a rude woman told me it was my fault for not ordering two pizzas if I wanted two. Despite me explaining that I did order two pizzas, she continued to be aggressive and kept talking over me. We never received the margarita. I will not be ordering from Red Planet again and will be informing friends and family about the terrible customer service I received from the rudest woman I have ever encountered.

The Red Planet Pizza in Lewisham is a clean restaurant with friendly staff. The quality of the pizzas can be inconsistent. I prefer when the male staff members make the pizza, as they always come out piping hot with cheese still bubbling when I take them home. The pizzas made by the men are also very tasty. However, when the female staff member makes the pizza, it seems like she leaves it sitting for too long before adding toppings, resulting in a gamey taste and the cheese setting. Her pizzas are not as tasty and are only warm when served. It's unfortunate that her pizza making skills do not match up to the delicious pizzas made by the males.

The pizza is always delivered on time, inexpensive, and incredibly delicious. I order from this restaurant at least once a week and would not consider ordering from anywhere else. Fantastic!

It's very bad and very late and when I say that money is paid for your card, the man says need a more many payment they are not clean on their hat

The service there is excellent, pizzas are fresh we'll made..... but they are far too greasey. My wife has been I'll I feel quite sick also
