Quality Kebabs - Southampton

I used to frequent this restaurant, but not since the outbreak of covid. Today, I visited and tried their lamb dish and chicken dish. The lamb was tasty, but the chicken was disappointing as they ran out after just a few bites. When I have to throw away food, it must be really bad. I didn't bother complaining or returning it because I was tired after a long day. I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

I ordered takeout for pickup to make life easier on a busy day. I selected a pick up time when placing my order, but when I arrived, I was told my food was ready and got the stink eye for not being there earlier. The food was cold when I got home, with ruined cheesy chips, a rock hard burger, and a soggy mixed kebab. The lamb shish was particularly awful, like chewing on a rubber sole. The only decent thing was the chicken chur. The kebabs were overloaded with salad and a strange twirl on top. Overall, it was a waste of money and a disappointing experience. I was recommended this place by friends, but wish I hadn't listened.

The kebabs at this restaurant are of good quality. The mixed kebab is both beautiful and tasty, with generously sized portions. I have been back a few times and would recommend it.

After receiving a cold kebab we were verbally abused over the phone, we have used Quality Kebab once a week for about years but now we will not return.
