Platz was a lifesetter for me and my family. 7 minutes from hanks pumpkin picking. we have starved! space clean, 3 bathrooms clean seating corner are clean. there is a car ride through not so busy around 4p.

I lived five minutes of this place for eight years and about 40% of the time that my order was right, the manager apparently did not know how to manage because my order was wrong I was so angry that again my order wrong I ordered a big king and a chicken sandwich and said I have a quarter pound burger, and a fish sandwich, that is crazy! they get it constantly wrong each time

Staff refuses to accept coupons from the app. they also can't count (ask for 3 ketchup, get 1) then become rude and indignant when asked for 2 more. imagine arguing over a ketchup packet. lazy and more interested in chatting at the counter than actually working.
