Bidrage med feedbackLong lines at most Dunkins can be expected for the morning rush. But it's how fast or SLOW you can get customers through it that determines its efficiency. This one takes the cake with the latter. Also, I don't want to be greeted by a person who sounds more miserable than I am in the morning.
Doughnuts were extremely dry,caramel mochiotta had no caramel and was awful. Employees were clueless about what their job was. First and last visit.
This location is a regular stop for me. Recently, the building has been remodeled and updated. It's has now reopened and resumed providing doughnuts, coffee, sandwiches to customers. For me, I like the standard, glazed donuts. Husband always orders a Carmel latte and two Boston creams. Patience is needed when the drive-thru gets backed up. The staff do their best to give good service.
Love this Dunkin! The staff is very friendly and they always get my order right ?. Trevor really knows how to speak to customers, he's always so nice and courtous and puts in the effort to make the customers feel special each visit! Only reason for giving 4 stars becuase occasionally the donuts are really dry, but I will be coming back again and again!Dietary restrictions: Great options for those who have dietary issuesParking: Store is small so parking sometimes limited. Also difficult to leave when the drive thru is busyWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible however with how the drive thru works it would be very treacherous
I come to PA once a month. This location is by my hotel. This is the 1st time I actually had time to order here. I placed a mobile order. I ordered a Maple bacon WRAP with no egg and American cheese. This is the second time at a location in PA that I got a croissant with a piece of cheese and the wrong amount of maple bacon. The snackin' bacon I got was not crispy, it was soggy. My drink was ok. My hash browns were soft and soggy too.
