Hi I just dine here and had to order online because the register was very uncomfortable. After dinner I asked if I could use the toilet room. And the boy who works here told me the toilet is not available. There is no sign on the outside of the toilet door. For some reason, I think that this employee does not offer a good customer service. I'm asking the manager to be above your staff at this point. Especially when they're just kids. Since I went to this Yoshinoya all the employees here are just there phones, especially the child who visited me. Please and thanks
It's a cozy place. Always clean. And food preparation is about standard.
Serious customer service. a hired name yvette had only a bad day and was so rude. I ask for more and she said everything she needs is in the pocket I checked before her and said I need spoons and forks (utensils.) she put 4 forks in the pocket and I told her again, I need 4 spoons she said I can give you only two and throw the spoon in my pocket. even the other employees seem surprised by their inconvenience. I had my children with me so told her respectful that she had to take a ten and come back because she was so rude and she said I was fine. She's lucky.
I asked for said all over and the woman taking my order wanted to charge me for extra sauce. When I declined to pay extra I think she told the kitchen to make sure I got very little teriyaki teriyaki the about of sauce I got was so little I should have taken a picture. Teriyaki chicken should have a bit of teriyaki on it.
