When I come it is always looks super clean ?the food tastes amazing! The customer service for me has always been great! 10/10 the employees are very polite, attentive, and helpful.

Found a wad of hair stuck under my chicken katsu.... This place is nasty. Never eating at this location again.

They told me that they could not make my order with two kinds of styles and if I am there, it was advertised on one of the screens. their new people must be well trained, I also think I have a magn flu of their eating. after a whole week, it has still been busy. it was my first and last time to taste this food. tbh idk why people recommend it, it is not even so good, it is just ok. imo

This location gives out a smaller portions of chicken/beef. Also macaroni salad was salty.
