Panda Express - South Elgin

Delivery. Family package, 2 chicken entrys, 1 beef and brocolli, fried rice, and greens. This meal was nasty! Tossed anything with brocolli. It was bad. The beef was slimy. Rice was tasteless, which was at least edible. Chicken was inconsistent, like old chicken nuggets in sauce. A WASTE OF MONEY. Go anywhere else.

8 workers wondering around and nobody cares what is going on. They gave me one of my orders and asked to wait 5 minutes for the next item which someone supposed to be cooking now. I looked at the kitchen and nobody was there doing anything. Finally after 15 minutes the cook showed up to prepare the food. Very bad experience at this location. Waited over 20 minutes total to receive a 2nd part of the order, another one was already cold. No sauce included. Ridiculous!!!

It's just okay for a chain restaurant. But there are quite a few Chinese restaurants around town that are a lot better and give bigger portions. But you are going to spend a lot more. You get what you pay for.

I pre-ordered my food for pickup got there 10 minutes early told the employee my name and was advised they were going to be making it waited for an hour as they continued to take walk ins and disregarding me standing and waiting with my toddler… and then when it was close to closing time they had the nerve to ask me what I ordered because nothing came up for me…and the employee said he was embarrassed for me, told them what I ordered and we got the bottom of the barrel of what was left and I had to substitute 3 things that I ordered because they didn’t want to make anything! my kids were very upset because they didn’t get what they wanted worst service ever!

Was eating my food and found plastic in it, and owner says that they don’t use plastic in their kitchen.
