Shino - SOUTH EASTON

The food and drinks at this restaurant are all absolutely delicious! We also feel like we are welcomed as part of the family.

My husband enjoyed the sashimi and sushi, while I loved the gyoza and noodles for dinner at this restaurant.

My husband and I dined at a restaurant on a Saturday night. Despite available tables, we opted to sit at the sushi bar. Our server was friendly, the drinks were top-notch, and the food was exceptional. Unfortunately, sitting at the sushi bar allowed us to witness that some of the Shino staff appeared unhappy and lacked competence. We observed a few minor disagreements between the waitstaff and the sushi chefs. Although our service was satisfactory, we noticed finished sushi plates sitting for 15 minutes before being delivered to the tables. Next time, we plan to sit at a table or at the bar. The quality of the food makes it worth the visit!

I don’t know what they do to the salmon but it’s definitely blessed by at least a minor deity. Ambience is simple but classy, staff is helpful and attentive, and the food is amazing. The owners also clearly care about their craft and are very pleasant people.

Hard to imagine a better sushi restaurant in the area. Quiet at lunch, quick service, sushi was very good and the pork buns were amazing. Would highly recommend.
