Linton Tandoori - South Cambridgeshire

The restaurant has been updated and is now named the Bengal Lounge. It appears to have new management. I had a very pleasant dining experience with excellent service. The Korai Shashlik was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. Definitely worth a try.

I was in the area for work for a few days and decided to dine at a local restaurant. I was the only one there, but the food and service were both excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.

The service was terrible, the food was absolutely awful - avoid the butter chicken at all costs, it was truly revolting. My meals were mixed up and my starter arrived with my main course, 10 minutes after my friend's starter. Additionally, when it came time to pay, the waiter would only honor my Meerkat buy one get one free offer on the main course, not on all courses as advertised on the website. This meal and overall experience was the worst I have ever had. Despite living nearby, I will never dine there again and strongly advise against it.

Afraid I agree with the other recent reviews. It was dreadful. Didn’t taste like proper cooking at all. Just a load of ingredients from a central supplier chucked together. Complete waste of money.

We ordered a large selection of dishes: Butter chicken Mutta paneer Korma Lamb masala Chicken pasanda Naan The curries were not good. The butter chicken was incredibly greasy and fatty and lacked any flavour. The korma was watery The naan was quite hard to bite. This is unfortunately the worst curry I’ve had in my life.
