Dunkin' - Somerset

Y’all need to stop trying to pass normal iced coffee as cold brew. People who actually drink coffee know the difference. This constantly happens, I don’t know if you guys are trying to Bogart your cold brew but you need to give people what they’re paying for. I am so sick of Dunkin’ Donuts doing this. I know it’s done purposely because I’m constantly having to go back in and have the employees remake it and magically it tastes better. Your normal Iced coffee, tastes old and bitter and The cold brew is smooth and tastes fresh. Clearly, none of you people who work at Dunkin have ever tasted coffee before because you wouldn’t try to pass off normal iced coffee as a cold brew only an idiot would do that.

Employees are always so grumpy. no manners or anything. coffees aren’t any good either, never mixed. definitely won’t be going

Very disappointed with the new breakfast wraps, nothing like the photos. 1 star for being impressed that they got the mush to stay inside the wrap, and 1 star for the impressive splatter it made when I threw it out my car window after the first bite. This dunkin also said they could not make a hot latte for me so maybe I'm just hangry but it was an all around terrible experience. Sad when cumberland farms across the street outperforms breakfast.

Got coffee there about a week ago. Again very weak, tasted old and totally not hot. Hit or miss too many times so I'm going elsewhere
