Shocking ‘service’ Orders aren’t ever complete, substitutions made that aren’t suitable, PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED and neither the KFC ‘Care Squad’ or App help ever reply. Genuinely disgraceful service, this branch in particular should be closed down and retrained. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Completely empty dining area. Waited at least 5 minutes to order food as no staff at the counter or anywhere else to be seen. Would have walked out but young grandson had set his heart on KFC. Toilets unclean. Service minimal. Zero atmosphere. Service: Dine in

Waited 25 minutes after ordering. The delivery drivers kept coming and going and it seemed like there orders were more important than mine. The food was not the best (greasy and the chips were cold) and the place wasn't clean so I won't be returning. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
