Hakuna Majiwe Beach Lodge Zanzibar

We were in this beautiful place for 11 days and our expectations were exceeded. The complex is very quiet with a fantastic view of the sea and the beach. Anyone looking for relaxation can find it here. Staff always friendly and helpful and in good mood. I'd like to come back.

Amazing stay in hakuna majiwe. very service-oriented staff who want to go beyond and beyond to ensure that stay is as pleasant as possible. we loved the white sandy beach and the quiet environment. the local red and blue monkeys strip around in the trees and make themselves visible, but remain out of richness and from hardships. fantastic experience all around.

We spent our honeymoon at Hakuna Majiwe and it was great. Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel manager is a great guy and always attentive to the needs of the guests. The location is located directly on the beach and near Paje (20 min walk on the beach) and also Jambiani beach. We thank the staff involved in our beautiful stay. We'll come to Zanzibar for the next time!

The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, professional and very helpful with everything. They really make you welcome and home. The lodge is located in a quiet area, but in walkable distance to the center of Paje with its beautiful small local restaurants and water activities. The small beach bungalows give a lot of privacy and it is wonderful to go on the small private terrace in the morning, to see the sea or to sleep in the hammock under the stars in the evening. I think what makes this place very valuable and especially is the wonderful staff that works there. Thank you to each of them for a really great and relaxing week.

Absolutely beautiful place with a helpful team onboard nice bungalows next to the ocean. Perhaps the bar would require some slightly better supply, although the food, the look, the place were excellent. Highly recommended to couples, but also smaller families and people in a strong need to slow down for a week or two ;
