Hummusbar - Sofia

I ordered the minced meat main dish with salad and hummus on the side. The meat was very well seasoned, a little spicy which made a great combination with the hummus and salad to cool it off. The bread was soft and tasty as well. Bonus points for reasonable prices and nice staff that is speaking english. As I said, the meat and hummus combination was good, although the hummus on it's own would have been a little lacking in taste. For me the music was a little too loud and upbeat, which gave the atmosphere a very crowded feeling even though there was only two other people besides me.

Lovely place, friendly and kind staff, nice pleasent ambiance. I had lovely brunch time and truly enjoyed. HUGE recommendation for arabic salad, shakshura, labrne and hummus with beaf.

Lovely restaurant, enjoyed the food, the service and the place. The hummus was perfect, the falafel and the bread were tasty and crispy and they had a lot of fresh ideas for prepering the classical recepies. Will definitely come again. Recommending to all hummus food fans.

Prices have raised by up to 2 lev per sandwich. They claim it’s inflation but visit any other fast food chain in the area and you will not see a change in pricing. The salad pita used to be 6.50 and is now somewhere around 8.50. It’s definitely not worth this much.
