Taco Jardin - Smyrna

I ordered delivery..it took 3 hours to be delivered...I live in Smyrna..horrible service and even worse customer service when I called to complain..all I got was a happy birthday. It's not my birthday.

I 've been to their regular food truck spot in Smyrna by Painted Stave many times. Each time was excellent. My issue is tonight they are at Ballys casino for fireworks. I was very happy to see them there. There are several trucks there for July 4th but I went directly to Taco Jardin because I knew I was guaranteed good food. First of all....there was no line. Odd. We had to go up and ask if they were open as although other trucks had multiple customers, there was no line at Taco Jardin. They were open so I ordered my favorite, a chicken street taco. When I opened the container, there was no lime. In my opinion, that 's a very important part of the street taco experience. Went back to ask for one and they said they were out of them. No limes for street tacos? Why even set up the truck to sell street tacos with no limes? They couldn 't stop at a local grocery store to buy some stupid limes???? I felt embarrassed for them. I threw my taco in the trash. Taco Jardin has earned a reputation around here for delicious food. Why bother to show up for an event if they 're not prepared to put their best foot forward?

Consider them for your next event! They were awesome! Great food and fast service. Awesome to work with suggestions on what the options were for our guests!

THE BEST tofu tacos I have ever had !!! The pico is so fresh and everyone was so friendly. Great vegan choices.
